Cancellation Policy
- All personalized products can’t be cancelled, but in case of any changes in the designs can be changed if the production is not started. If the package has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within one day on receipt of the products.
- Personalized orders, we do not allow for Cancellation and Refund.
- Damaged or quality issue products deadline for Returns. You may return all items purchased in the Rightgifting Online Portal within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
- To place an order for return please call our customer care number.
- Bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state.
- The merchandise should be in an unused condition.
